Refund policy

At Oh So Purdy, we want you to absolutely love your purchase! If for any reason it isn’t the perfect fit, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in new, unworn, and unwashed condition with all original tags attached. All returns will be issued as store credit, and exchanges may be made for the same item in a different size if available. Please note that sale items, accessories, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
