At Oh So Purdy, we work hard to make sure your order gets to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

We currently ship through trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS. Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days, but delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional cost.

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Oh So Purdy is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Once your package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not liable for missing items.
